I've used the app several times for deals. Today I went and when they scanned the code, it didn't work. I made sure I ordered the correct item and followed the directions, but it still didn't work. The manager wasn't able to manually give me the coupon and, although he didn't directly accuse me, mentioned several times that people have scam coupons. I showed them that it was the official Wendy's app, but they wouldn't budge. Very frustrating experience

When it works, it works, and the offers can be pretty good at times. But the fact that you can't load a gift card onto your "Wendy's Digital Account" and use the funds as a payment method to do Mobile Orders is completely baffling to me! What's the point of using it if it's MORE convenient to just use the physical gift card? This needs to be fixed because it makes absolutely no sense to me why money loaded onto a digital account can NOT be used to take orders in this day and age.

Terrible, confusing, slow. Why order on the mobile app when you still have to wait in line just to find out the restaurant doesn't have ingredients. No ability to refund. I've lost over $50 in wrong orders. Wendy's on the whole needs improvement. Why are there two order takers and why are they always touching the computer screen? The food is good but the systems suck.

I've use this app twice to order food at two different Wendy's, and I have had issues with both orders. The first time I was instructed by the app to park in a parking spot and then after waiting 20 minutes for my food was told that I had to sit through the very long drive-thru line to pick it up by employees. The second time my order ended up being picked up by a doordash driver even though it was not ordered as delivery will not use again.

Garbage app it's unbelievable. No offers work ever. They show you the offers, and when you go to open the offer to show the cashier, it says offer code not found and then disappears. Leaving you to either pay full price, or look like an idiot and leave the order. This app has been like this for years with one maintaining it or fixing the problems. I used to eat at wendys all the time. Now I go there maybe twice a year. Save yourself time, money and embassement and eat somewhere else.

The app sort of works. It gives you a basic menu that Wendy's has to offer. You can add or remove stuff you do or don't want, but the main reason why I'm giving it 3 stars and not 4 or 5 is that I can't order anything. I can see and put stuff on my order, but it keeps saying that it's "processing" my order. I have to delete the app and reinstall it to place a single order and it gets annoying. Hopefully this gets fixed later in the future.
