I haven't been able to view my ID card since I downloaded the app. I called customer care, and was told that I'D receive an email about it and never did. Update: Updated the app on 2/6/19, and it still doesn't work. Update 3/30/19: The new design of the app looks Amazing, too bad nothing else has changed. I still can't view my ID card, and now the app keeps freezing. Thinking about just deleting it...
