I don't normally give such a low rating. Once I launched the app I couldn't type or click any links or buttons. It simply wouldnt work. **UPDATE** So, I uninstalled Lux and the app works for me now. This isn't the fault of BCBS. I have uped the rating and will continue to review the product.

I just tried to download this again after not using it for years. And it's doing nothing I can't even log in. Just a login screen that I can't do anything with. I can't even get my keyboard to open

This has to be the worst app that I have ever used. Even phone technical support talks about how this app does not work half the time. I have to reset my password almost every time I try to use this app. Straight garbage.

No way to ask questions via the app, or to access messages sent in response to questions submitted via the website. Of course, I would rather just receive my answers in email, rather than have to sign into some stupid app that doesn't give me access to my messages anyway.
