Terrible app, terrible interface, what a waste of time, whoever designed this has no business creating apps, size and formatting is off, if i could give it negative stars i would, thanks for nothing.

Cannot log on. Called help line, was told, "The web on your laptop works, use that instead." Pathetic.

This app is not helpful. I wanted something that showed my benefit information as well as where I am at with my deductible and claims...seems like a logical reason you would download an app. Seems common to include this info for the purposes of having an app, the same reasons you install a banking app for balances? I would re-rate if this was changed. There is no reason to use this app if you are referring everyone to the website to get information they are seeking anyway. Make the change.

Making good efforts to clean up and bring its mobile app up to speed, but there's still some work to be done. Some of the information overlaps in the app so you can't read everything on the page because of this. Secondly when viewing claims for some reason the most recent claims are not at the top, I've had to filter most recent everytime when this should be automatic. Thirdly I'd like to be able to not only search for in network physicians,but also schedule appointments with them in the app.

It doesn't show: policy details, account number, benefits, coverage, amount paid, deductibles, claims, prescriptions, or my doctors. The navigation is awful. The only thing it can do is search providers, and it does a very poor job - without any useful filtering, background, board certifications, or reviews to find the right doctor.

Not convenient. Cannot call member services from app. It says to call tech support but all they do is tell you to call the customer service number and tell you to use the web site to find it. They are oblivious to assisting with actually correcting the issue. Such a pain to have to pull out my card, find the number for what I need and manually type it in. Why can't I just do it from the app? Fix it please. Schedule a callback is broken as stated in other reviews. Message center gives an error
