What's the point of having an app where options like checking your ID card, claims, and prescriptions doesn't even work? Unfortunately useless until they decide to update and/or fix these issues.

the update ruined the app. all of the features that are advertised no longer work. when you try to use a feature a message pops up saying that the feature isnt available on the app and to go to the website

Worthless . If I could give less than one STAR I would. about the only thing I can actually do on this app is login and that's it. Once I'm in everything is frozen I can't view my claims I can't view my dashboard I cannot click on anything that responds. I can sure see where all my premiums are NOT going!
