iGrill worked perfectly with my iPhone. Recently upgraded to the s20 Ultra and the android app cannot establish a connection. I have tried all the recommended troubleshooting tips with 0 success, hence the iGrill is now useless to me. Clearly an issue with this app as still no issue with my partner's iPhone. Dissapointing, would give 0 stars if I could.

I bought the iGrill 2 to smoke my first pork shoulder on my Weber 22" kettle grill. Worked like a charm for a total beginner. Love the info in the notification area of my Samsung S20 and the "alarms" to alert me of temperature changes and progress.it even has ideal temps built in for every cut of meat, so you never need to look it up. I only wish the Bluetooth were stronger so I could sit on the sofa without losing connection

The device will pair with my phone, but the app won't connect to the device. Tried turning things off and on, resetting, etc. And there's no reason this app should need my location to connect to a thermometer. This is gonna be a hard no for me. App is uninstalled and the device is going in the junk drawer.

This thing is terrible. If you ever go out of blue tooth range, it will freeze on you. The only way to fix it is to go into your phone's settings, find the app, then manually force it to stop, reopen the app, re-pair the bluetooth, then continue. The worst part is it CONSTANTLY prompts me to say if I like the app or not. I mean, every time I switch screens it asks. There's a bunch of other things that make this thing virtually unusable. Find another brand.

Less than useless. Spent 2 hours trying to pair with a Note 10+. I can get the phone to see it and pair outside the app, but the app has to do the pair to work, and it never will. Called support after trying everything on the website. All they can do is parrot back the same info. They asked what phone I was using and said "there is a problem with that phone" I am pretty sure they would have said that for any model I said. This is going back to Lowes.

This app is a dream compared to the one I was stuck with when I got this iGrill Mini from iGrill. It was so bad I put it back in the box after 1 use, and didn't go back until today - years later. I replaced the battery and I now like the device. Needs: 》a bigger clip to hold the ambient probe (didn't fit on rack) 》better range for staying connected 》an engineered solution to connect to a wall plug for power via the existing battery compartment hardware. Used 30% battery in a 2 hour session!
