Seriously, the customer service from staff is top notch and the lash work they do, unbelievable you guys. Worth the membership fee. Products are pricey but worth it just get the last wash foam and the wands from the dollar tree or something. But hands down best studio and I've tried many, and hands down best app making it easy to access everything. Love it!!!!

I have to pick a location every time I open the app. Should save a default location. Booking is confusing.
