Love my umbrella. There are a couple of things that would make this app ideal for me. I would like it to pair with my umbrella automatically when in range. I'm having to manually do that now. It sometimes has a hard time pairing when my umbrella is closed, too. I'm not going to accidentally leave it when it's open, so the signal should be strong enough to pick up closed. I would also prefer to be able to change my barometer to mHz instead of mm. I can only choose the temp for F° vs C°.

Your address does not work. This is the third time I had to say this. I tried to enter city and I tried to save it, a message saying 'Enter city before saving.' This app does not recognize any addresses or cities. I have dropped this rating because of this. It would go up if you correct this problem and I am being generous about it.

Doesn't do it's job. My tracker was able to connect later after skipping the option to connect during the tutorial. This is great, and the app shows where the tracker is located on the map, but it will not beep when asked by the app. This is not helpful if I'm looking for it within a small range, like in my house, for instance.

Love the umbrella but the app is useless. Tracker doesn't work most of the time (app will say it's paired, but android phone doesn't show that it is.) Also, tracker doesn't make any sound, so it couldn't help me locate the umbrella if I needed it to. Have tried to get help from their customer service but it didn't solve the problem. I am deleting the app from my phone.

One of the main features of this app was to be able to find the umbrella. Connected to 1 umbrella once and never to the 2nd umbrella bought. After 1st one connected 2 months ago, can no longer connect. We lose umbrellas here and there and this was the main reason we bought the umbrellas. Changed the batteries to be sure but no difference.

The app is useless and you all don't seem to be willing to update the issues. Dont email me back trying to tell me how to fix the issues because I CAN'T! It's an issue between the tracking device and YOUR app. A tracker that doesn't track?! App hasn't seen my umbrella since 3 weeks ago when I first paired it. And my wife has the same issue with her umbrella and it's an iPhone and I have an Android! Literally the most useless app I have on my phone. Wish I could post 0 stars but it won't let me.
