Can not log onto App. Tells you its not the correct email when you know it is. I have to use my desk top computer. I haven't gotten water yet as we just signed up. Hopefully it will not be a problem. I read some other reviews and tried the one about no space after email address and it finally worked. Thanks for that great help. I will rerate it after our 1st delivery. Fingers crossed

Works but I can not see future orders or add anything. If I log in through the website I can see my future orders. I haven't even gotten my 1st order or cooler/heater yet. Will receive on Monday. Hope the app can be fixed so I can add stuff to my order and see them.

Absolute garbage. Doesn't work. Can't login despite my credentials are 100% correct. "An error occured when trying to authenticate with the server." Totally infuriating I can't get into my account...AT ALL.

App works great but, 'view current invoice' needs a lot of work. It's slow and causes the app to freeze. Also, the invoice itself is confusing, is it really current?

Cannot make orders at all, never had any issues until last month. I called into customer service to place an order, still waiting and the app shows no orders pending.

Horrible. When you need to cancel the service, you wait on the line for hours and this app doesn't help. No service cancellation in the app.
