This app seemed better a year ago. These days it seems to hang if there is no network (even though the schedule database is on the phone). Also, the ads seem worse. Trying some competitors.

Very informative about what track the train will be on, the train number and the time left before departure. Its great. This app is very time consuming in terms of not having to wait on a long line to speak to a teller in the station about info on the train you need. I give this app 10 stars instead of 5

I've tried to contact the developer 4 times regarding a licensing problem and haven't heard back. Past support issues were quickly addressed. The licensing issue and last-minute schedule updates are the reasons that I don't give a rating of 5 as I had in the past.

I loaded this app before I loaded the official MNR app. Like that I don't need to connect to get schedule. But discovered that schedule updates can be last minute. Checked train schedule on Friday to see if Monday (President's Day) was holiday schedule. Nope. Checked the official. MNR app and it was. Checked this app again Monday and the new schedule was updated on Sunday. Don't know about you but that's too late for me.

Just missed my train thanks to this app. I checked last night and this morning as soon as I woke up to make sure train wasn't running on a holiday/Saturday schedule due to being MLK day today, Monday, and it read regular weekly schedule. When I got to train station there was no train on that time frame. Then I Google it, schedule, and it said it was running on holiday/Saturday schedule!

There was a time I would have recommended this app without hesitation. The huge problem is once you purchase the upgrades, you cannot transfer the purchase to other devices (or replacement phones) without a code from the developer who does not respond to emails. I have sent five messages in the last 2.5 weeks, all of which have been ignored.
