Dosing is unimportant to me, the medics tell me what to take. But the food and drug interactions in the app are great especially to know what every meal does to INR, if anything!EDIT: on a few months experience this matches my dosing estimates (35 years experience) and has never yet been countermanded by my responsible physicians. Top banana :-)

I take Warfarin on a regular basis. The only thing that I felt that was of any help on this app were the few vegetable interactions with INR. Otherwise, I felt the app has nothing to offer. Very limited in meds listed and types of foods. VERY OUT DATED LISTS.

Pills come in specific dose sizes telling me to take 4.1mg of a 5mg pill is crazy. Please make the dosing suggestions relevant to the current pill size per patient for easier dosing. Example is my 5mg pill some have a 10, 20, 25, 50 mg and so on. Cutting these pills in a 10th or 3rd can be extremely difficult. Halves quarters and whole doses are best.
