Horrible app. Would be fine if it worked, but constantly shows the vacuum offline and either sends commands to the vacuum like 2 minutes after being entered or fails all together. Vacuum itself works great. UPDATE (6/5/21): Just installed latest firmware update. App works fine at first, but it doesn't work after vacuum docks for charging. Still having connectivity issues. If wasn't for that, I would be happy with app. I've tried using a different phone and resetting app, wifi, etc., as suggested

The app is fine, but having multiple floors and 3 maps saved, the app refuse to switch maps as required. It either loads forever, or say switched successfully, but then never does... (App updated and as promised by customers service, map switching will work properly now. That is the case. Changing rating to 5 starts)

Great robot vacuum - app needs work. Like so many have stated, the switch room feature is broken. I have multiple floors so this renders the machine absolutely useless. When looking at my firewall logs I don't see this device connecting to 2.4. Has me a little concerned the WAN IP Is preset in settings, not LAN ip address. I'm going to reach out to the company, for now it's off.

I am sorry guys, but with the new update you broke my 'Sophie'. She can't even find her base anymore to clean and charge herself. Please fix this mess. Everything was working perfect before this so-called bug fix.

Seems to have trouble with mopping settings on occasion when using with other settings. More detailed documentation on app settings and what features can be used concurrently would be great. Looking forward to future app/system improvements. Great for the cost!

Love my Kyvol vaccums. But the amount of permissions this thing needs, on top of having to create an account is inexcusable. This if an invasion of privacy which is too bad because before the permissions were changed I found the application to be straight forward and easy to use - particularly the Google Assistant integration. The only one recommendation I had before would be that the vacuums or app would remember the suction power because it resets back to 2 often.
