Good wallpapers but in limited numbers

Clicked on download wallpaper and searched the whole gallery, file manager and everything yet didn't find anyone of the downloaded wallpaper. I am not uninstalling it as wallpapers are amazing please fix this issue. I am using realme 3 (Android 9.0)
