I've had nothing but issues with this app. The 1st time the app wouldn't place the order but kept giving me errors that couldn't be fixed. The 2nd time it customer service advised me that my address was not in the delivery zone. Why allow me to place and order. 3rd time, Today its taken over an hour for someone to pick up the order. Why is the best restaurant attached to the worst app?

This app is complete garbage. Ordered food 2hrs ago and can't even get a customer service person on chat or phone to cancel the order. I knew it was a bad idea to go back to waitr and my intuition was right. No one should ever download this app. If you already have it, delete it in the off chance you accidentally make the mistake of wasting your time and money on this trash company. Also, they never reach out to resolve the issue and when they do, it's a coupon code for free delivery.

Do not waste your time, we have ordered a lot from just about every restaurant listed. We have to contact waitr more than 75% of the time because order is incorrect. They will honor by refund, but fees are not corrected and waitr still gets their money but the restaurants are the ones that suffer by loosing money. If I was to guess, their app sucks and that is why food orders are mostly inaccurate. Save yourself a bunch of headaches and wasting time... go pickup your food and give them the tip

Worst Service Ever! DO NOT USE!! My food was ready at 7:09pm. At 8:20pm, my wife went to pick it up. After waiting on customer support for several minutes, they said they would refund the delivery fee and tip. They claimed to have trouble finding a driver. Save yourself the hassle and just order straight from the store.

Horrible app. Ordered my food two different times after I was called by waitr to tell me the restaurant hasn't accepted my order. I think the app is messed up. Door dash worked just fine. That was 2 refunds for 20 dollars a piece. Thanks Waitr!

They claim to give promo codes for free delivery if your order is over a certain dollar amount. You never get the free delivery. They lower the prices to keep you under. Even when you finally do go over, they apply the code, but still charge $6 delivery. No thanks.
