This app is perfect! Exactly what I needed to keep my kids & my information straight. Only thing I would ask is to be ablle to add more than one insurance card, it says ADD but it won't let me. Otherwise, I am very appreciative of this app, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Finally an app that provides necessary information to EMS responders including your doctor's contact information, insurance information for possible hospital admission as well as current medicines and dosages for an emergency when you might not be capable of providing this important info. Other important info is also available to EMS. Don't leave home without it. Could be a lifesaver.

This app allows every bit of one's medical history including prior illnesses, allergies, medications, blood type, and emergency contacts list information. Plus this app works on the lock screen. I would reccomend this app to everyone! GREAT APP!!!

Like the app but wish it could go on lock screen to open when touched. If I can't talk how can I give my password??

Works well but will not allow you to put pictures on family members, the app just stops responding when you try. Otherwise a great app.

Overall a good app. Could use a better option to export data as well as a way to import data. I had to wipe my phone and exported the history but found no way to upload that data back into the app.. Would also like to be able to add photos of medical records. Its worth the download but hopefully will expand and offer more benefits!!! Thanks to those who put this together!
