Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Aimo Share on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

The service offered is quite interesting, but customer service is awful. I called several times because of a promo code with wrong amount, they said they'd fix but that never happened. Really disappointed 😕

Bugs and bad UI. The document upload just doesn't work.

"Oops! There is no internet connection!" Suddenly the app gives me this error. I've tried everything; uninstalled the app. Installed again. Disconnect wifi. Reboot my phone. Nothing works, so the app (and the service) has been rendered useless. Too bad since I actually do like the concept, and I just needed a car...

One of the crappiest interface design, it doesn't allow to use password manager, every week I need to sign in again, and forget password is the only way to go. Not being able to copy paste from password manager makes the whole signing process a painful one. Will be Uninstalled

Works super well and the ride is a pure pleasure. Very easy to drive too, figured out how the gears work in under a minute (not used to go automatic). A bit stressful when you mess up the parking realising that you have to relocate after you already parked and ended the ride, but opting for the "parking" option and then ending it would solve it. Also tried the scooters and they work well, just a shame they are so few but it's a trial balloon so I guess that comes with the territory.

Business meetings, shopping or first date - all this is just an Aimo away. Register directly in the app and find your nearest Aimo. Grab it on the street or book a rental for as long as you need. You can also subscribe to your own dedicated electric car with Aimo Share Subscription service. Whatever suits your needs.
The app is your car key, smooth and easy. Your Aimo is always charged and ready to go. Parking in approved places, toll fee and 300 free kilometers per day is always included! You can also park for free in over 50 HotSpot parkings at good locations.

With the Aimo app you can:
- See where your nearest Aimo is parked
- Book a car that suits you
- Unlock the vehicle
- Get assistance around the clock via our customer service
- Get an overview of your travels
- Park for free in over 50 HotSpot parkings at good locations
This is how it works:
- Download the app and register in a few steps, you need to have access to your driver's license and BankID
- You must be at least 19 years old and have had a B driving license for at least one year. Do you have a foreign driver's license? No problem! However, it may take up to 1 working day before your account is approved
- Book the vehicle you want to use
- Unlock the vehicle with the app
- Minute price, hourly price or daily price. The price level is adjusted automatically so you always get the most favourable price.
- You can see prices in the app for the car you want to rent
- If you have booked a car that is in charging, disconnect the charging cable and put it in the trunk
- When you are done with the car, you park within its "Homezone" where you are legally allowed to park for 24/h according to our parking rules or in one of Aimo's dedicated parking spaces (HotSpots). "Homezone" and "HotSpot" are clearly marked in the app with a blue P icon.
- You pay after the end of the trip via the bank card you registered in the app.
