MIVTR es un canal de utilidad que permitirá a nuestros clientes resolver sus problemas de forma sencilla, a través de una aplicación móvil.

La aplicación ofrece herramientas como el acceso directo al portal internet, discado a líneas de soporte y respuesta a preguntas frecuentes.

MIVTR ha sido desarrollada de forma nativa especialmente para Android.

La aplicación MIVTR cuenta con múltiples funcionalidades agrupadas dentro de tres categorías básicas descritas a continuación:

· Home: Permite realizar llamadas de consultas y atención al cliente, desplegar el portal de vtr.com y el portal de sucursal virtual.

· Soporte: Permite llamar a una línea de soporte VTR, enviar y revisar tweets de @VTRSoporte y acceder a la respuesta de una serie de preguntas frecuentes.

· Roaming: Muestra información detallada sobre el acceso y funcionamiento de los servicios de roaming ofrecidos por VTR, especificando que hacer antes de viajar y en el lugar de destino, así como las tarifas y como llamar a servicio al cliente desde el extranjero.
