The app tells me my email already exists which it can't because I never had a DVR before then I use another email and it says the same thing then I try another email and it says the same thing my email address already exists. Then I put forget password and gives me an error message saying my email is invalid.

Will not connect to cam. Still won't work, even after our tech guy tried.

All in all the app works okay but is long overdue for an update. I can never watch cams over other networks as the app freezes.

The best NVR app I've used. If you don't want the "P2P" service, you don't have to create an account. App allows you to access your recorder via local IP, static public IP and dynamic DNS. Remote playback, pinch zoom etc all work well. Why the poor rating???
