I wasn't able to receive help but the doctor got paid! Good for them, horrible for me. I wanted to cancel my next appointment but I'll have to pay $100. I'm at the point of doing it because I no longer believe that they actually care about their patients. They just want money. Please go find someone else and don't end up like me. Please.

App repeatedly shows an annoying error message ("An error occurred, please try again later") when trying to log into appointments. Uninstalling, clearing the cache, and closing/restarting the app have no effect. It's too easy to accidentally close the session and audio is repeatedly grainy and too soft. I almost had to pay for an unattended visit today because I couldn't log in to my appointment. Worst telehealth app I've used so far.

Functional, but just barely. If you end up seeing another doctor, you have to clear the data for the app and update it again. Don't get me wrong. It's convenient. But the process could be streamlined a bit. A button that allows you to remove the previous session info would help.

I love using this app to see my doctor, it's so easy to use. The quality of the app and use of the video is very very good. I just have to make an appointment and hook up with the app and go wait in the waiting room until I'm called to see my doctor.

COULD NOT CONNECT I tried and failed for days to connect from my Chromebook on wifi, even though they worked fine for everything else. Finally connected with cell via cellular @ the very end of a mtg, but they had to change my schedule of mtgs because of an internal conflict. So, I was then unavailable to attend something that was important to me. However, I still wouldn't have been able because I needed my cell free for ER calls re: my disabled son. Note: They said I'm only one ever had a prob.

I am trying to download to my laptop and it wont let me do it. But yet it says it is good for all devices. But do have on my phone and it works there. But want on laptop to make more convenient for me during the day when I am doing my studies in online college.
