I genuinely enjoy this app. Its like insta with more creativity and less hate. However, recently I have not been able to import pictures from my gallery. The app says that the import is successful, but it is not showing up in my studio. I dont k ow what happened, but I hope this issue is resovled before I lose interest in this app

My gallery vanished, i have not uninstalled/reinstalled. All my photos are just....gone. I tried to have another gallery issue fixed, a ticket was created and months later....still not resolved. The app is unusable for me at thus point and i am a paying member. I have been for YEARS. Im ready to cancel my subscription and delete this permanently. I cant create, my outlet is gone because this just doesnt function anymore. Everything was fine before the last update.

STOP TINKERING!! This is the only app I use, that I have to keep updating the review for. VSCO has been brilliant for years. Just leave it as it is. Every time a new pointless feature is added it breaks something or causes serious performance issues. Latest malady: randomly slightly rotating images on export (and in library thumbnail). V160 was perfect. Nothing that has been added in the 65 releases since then has improved the user experience, in fact it's noticeably worse.

Lately it's been saving my edited photos completely OFF. It's as if all my modifications disappear. My photo is saved crooked, without the filters/contrast/sharpening/anything else I usually add. It's frustrating and absurd! It's always worked well but now I need to lower my rating.

Not great anymore. Needs an update. Camera is useless and nothing is saving on the "studio" Edit: Fixed. Works great again. Camera once again works and its a good alternative to my phone cam. Only wish I could give the option of taking photos in a different aspect ratio other than the standard 4:3. Especially on the newer phones with 2 or 3 different camera lenses. The filters and editing are still the gold standard in photography apps.

Update: straightening the horizon line then saving it results in the saved image looking WAY over skewed, but when I go to edit, it returns to the perfect line. But it still saves as WAY over skewed. Also sometimes when I reopen it, it starts re-importing the last set of photos I've imported without an X option to stop. Used to use it endlessly now I cant even seem to save photos to my phone without issues. Great filters if you're willing to gamble troubleshooting fr days to get your photos...
