Very bad service never ever seen. Firstly luggage arrangement in truck was not done properly. It's should be according to the place where it is to be delivered, the same has not I found in truck. Secondly they said it should be delivered at your colony (where the big can't pass) by small or mini truck or tempo but the same has not delivered by them. Kindly request all diploma wing students at CME Pune not to take this facility in future

Worst service i have ever seen. VRL, you guys lost trust and your brand name. I will never and ever use your service again. as a customer I have paid money and followed up every day to reach my bike to destination. you guys promised, door to door pick and drop, 6 days as TAT. but those are turly false promises. you delivered my bike 16Kms aways from mentioned address. I will not suggest your services to anyone. I had better options but i trust VRL. They are just fooling the customers. 👎👎

worst service..i have booked my bike from pune to jodhpur and while booking they told it will take 4-5days but i got my bike in 14days.. also they told they will deliver bike to home but at delivery time refused to do so. Don't go for this service there are many other good options.
