Barely functional now. The change to 'One Key' has really destroyed the user friendliness the app once had. Sharing doesn't work properly and trying to navigate anywhere in the app sends you back to the 'One Key' home page at which point you have to click on VRBO in the footer to get back to the actual app and start completely over because it dumps everything you were searching or reload your trip to try and find the property you were looking at. Twice I just gave up & went with AirBnB instead

Considering that most people probably use the mobile app to interact with VRBO, you would think the app would be more mobile friendly. The ability to share properties with your group via text message, using the share button, should be easy. The whole app is very glitchy right now. Like the view payment part is barely legible. (Too dim). Love VRBO. Just don't love the app, as it is now.

First time using Vrbo. I spent hours finding the perfect cabin for my girlfriend and I to stay in. I went to book 2 nights at $640 total for my selected dates, it said there was an error after I put my payment in so I tried it a few times thinking I had mistyped something by mistake. Then I checked my account to see that I was charged over $900 several times. Then I looked again to re-book and the rate was $807 total?? Called customer service and was not able to look into it at all. Went to bnb.

VRBO shows selfish lack of understanding of desired user experience. Forced to use app on mobile device. Forced to sign up for OneKey. Then the app loads pictures at an insanely slow rate (despite being connected at 600pmbps down). If someone shares link, user cannot see location of property on a map easily/obviously. App has potential due to clean design, but forced usage, poor loading speeds, and requirement to provide PII is terrible.

The app has a few glitches (I'm using the android version on a S23 ultra) like the share button doesn't so anything which is tragic because I was trying to refer the properties with friends. It's not intuitive, you have to kind of guess. As far as finding rental they have plenty of options so that's not a problem. Plenty of room for improvement.

New UI is very counter intuitive, hard to navigate, and organized very poorly. A very disappointing user experience to say the least, it seems like no one tried it before they rolled it out. Why not just keep the old UI and amend the backend with your new programs? Appreciate the quick feedback from developers! Looking forward to updating my review as new changes roll out and hopefully make for a better, simpler experience.
