This app is so secured, it's cumbersome and difficult to use. I am asking my organization to accommodate me differently. I was logged out 7 times while seeking information such as "enter the code just emailed to you". At one point, there were 2 verifications that had to be entered consecutively and I was logged out between them and the 1st had to be re-entered, but could not use copy/paste due to being logged out between consecutive screens.

I've used this app before, but now, it won't open. It acts like it's going to open, but then just doesn't. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache on my web browser, optimizing my phone's memory, etc. Nothing works.

This is one of the worst apps ever made. If your organization is deciding to use it, shame on you. It constantly crashes, and logs you out. If you get logged out, you have to verify via text and email. But don't expect to change to your email app to get the code, because then you'll have to start the whole process over again. Its 2.4 rating is far too generous.

Freshly installed version from app store crashes immediately on Samsung s21+. Clearing storage/cache and reinstall does not fix.

Garbage app, does not load ballot once identity has been verified. As a military voter was eager to try electronic voting but screw me, right? Zero information provided - is there an issue? If so, what is the issue? Has the ballot not been released yet? Total waste of taxpayers' money. Interface is glitchy - the "refresh" button doesn't work half the time. Login screen doesn't load 10% of the time. If you open any submenu in the Settings page and back out it screws up the Settings page.

This is the future! Minor details need to be worked out, but the fundamental concept of voting remotely and securely is the game changer this country needs. This needs to be fast tracked to the forefront of our voting system so we never have to go through a situation like 2020 again. Brilliant!
