I discovered this theme while working with a layers theme "Neat Layers" and this one is just like it except it is for my beloved CMTE. It isn't over the top dark but is just the right mix of dark and bright colors with a dark to black base that make it a perfect theme. The Color are planned out well and the system icons look absolutely stunning. It''s so well done and thought out that this theme should appeal to most every one. Neat CMTE is definitely going on my top shelf. Nice job Neel.
