Can't find highway that I'm using. Too many cameras in places that they don't need to be. No live cameras

None of the cams I looked at were working. But the ads were working just fine and I noticed a lot of them. I uninstalled this. I feel taken advantage of.

was expecting live cam footage. I wanted to see traffic moving not just still pictures. I tried to click on cams from Waukegan Illinois and I'm getting still pics from 5 minutes ago. where's the action?
