Unusable. Spent 3 days trying to rent a car, nothing work (payment refused with 3 cards, tried on 2 phones, 2 computers, etc etc). They use something called "3d secure" that American banks don't support. Email support is useless and doesn't even read your message (someone just copy and paste automated answers). Worse experience I have seen just to rent a car. I can't imagine if you have any problem when you succeed to rent one. Run away! Account deleted, app uninstalled.

The car booking and cars are good. But to actually get through to someone via chat is absolute shambles. It's so frustrating and have to fiddle around for like 20 minutes just to get to speak to an agent.

Good new cars, but overall not the best expirience. As the rules, you need to return your car with the same level of fuel in tank. In my case I've go to the fuel station 3 (!) times trying to reach full tank indication. Distance from fuel station to parking is two kilometers but when I've parked it shows that only 98% of fuel tank capacity (that means that company will fine you to 20 euros of fuelling service). Problem was resolved with support (it works 24), but spend a lot of time.

Although I had a good experience with Virtuo, my account was recently refused without being provided with instructions to address the situation. Contacting support through email resulted in no reply and no other way of communication is listed on the website.

Awesome! I was struggling to find a decent car-rent app in Milan until I discovered Virtuo. Their rates are better than "old style" rent-a-car business(where you need to go to an office to rent the vehicle and sign multiple papers). Their cars are newer and better too. I also loved the fact that my accouny got validated so quickly: at 8 AM I was sending pics of my driving license and ID, at 10 AM I was already starting the car I rented. Will definitely look to use this app in other cities too.

This app is just insane. It takes 24 hours to verify your profile, 24 HOURS!! In 2023!! And then when you see the prices, they are the same than when you book through a normal car renting company, which I hate but at least there's persons that talk to you. 1/5 and I honestly dont understand how this even exists.
