La App me indicó un monto de 22 soles por un viaje y el conductor, al final del recorrido, me dijo que eran 40. La App en ningún momento me notificó del cambio y no recibí ninguna llamada ni e-mail, y tras realizar 2 Reclamos, me dijeron después de más de un mes que "el conductor hizo lo correcto" a pesar de mis capturas de pantalla de la App con los 22 soles. No puedo confiar en una App que brinda información errada ni en una empresa que se lava las manos de esta manera. Mediocre.
