It's great in theory that the latest update introduces a dark mode. Unfortunately it's ugly, with lots of purple text on black backgrounds and still lots of white space. Worse, there seems to be no way to turn it off without changing the phone's system default. Not an improvement.

App does not allow one to preselect seating, surely after over a year waiting for the developer to fix this problem you would expect some resolution but No, nothing not even positive feedback, very slack!!!

Had the entertaiment app on my tablet had troble logging in on recent flight so i pre i had an old version no update avilable so unistalled and tried to re install some three hours of trying everthi g and getting other peoples thoughts still no go i even spoke to velocity people they did the best they could i have the latest version software and still no go tried three other airlines no problem would appreciate you look in to the latest update it certainly is not good for andriods Terry g

New clean and precise layout seemed to make it many further taps to bring up boarding pass. Maybe it was due to a delayed flight but I would hope it presents "view boarding pass" as an immediate option on the day of a flight.

Works a lot better than it did 6 months ago. Fixed: Travel Credit won't "stick"/apply to final price when making a booking.

Virgin Australia formally Virgin Blue definitely gravitated my frequent flyer points if I was collecting them. Always professional, friendly, hospitable and always there to satisfy the passengers on and off the plane. My numerous flights aborde Virgin Australia were extremely comfortable and superbly satisfying always highly gratifying with their perfection towards passengers every needs. Special mention to ground crew for the help dealing with special surcumstances one day back in 2012. 😘
