Fantastic app, thank you so much for making it. Very clear menu asking which medication you use, and straight onto an instructive video which a statement below saying to then call 999 and state 'adrenal crisis'. My feedback would be to add pause and rewind buttons to the video; the speed is good in an emergency for someone who knows roughly what they're doing, but I expect some may not keep up and miss a step. Also I know it was developed for GOSH kids, but just one extra option saying 2ml Solutcortef for adults would be really useful please.

One only problem "my cortisol "as the name of the app appears on save screen of phone ...if others are looking for help this will not notify them that this is emergency Instructions "EMERGENCY My Cortisol " would be a better title ?

Can you please make a US version? Many ERs here need this information!

I love this app the concept is awesome. I however live in the US and we have a different injection system. It's solucortef. I would greatly appreciate if there would be one for the US! I have been in the hospital a total of 5 times in the last 3 months. Sometimes I am too out of it to speak with the nurses and Dr. Next time I go I will show them this app and hopefully they can translate the dosage to us measurements. Thanks for the app it could save a lot of lives.

About this app

This app has been created for Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust, to help parents and guardians with the administration of hydrocortisone sodium phosphate and hydrocortisone sodium phosphate, which is a prescribed medication for those at risk of adrenal crisis.

The app includes a helpful video and a pictorial guide.

On the 'My Medications' screen, you can input medication and dosage information. In emergency situations it is often difficult to remember the doses, so we would advise you to complete this area to assist in treatment.

There is also information for the receiving doctor on the 'Hospital' screen.

The information in this app should be used in conjunction with any patient information leaflet provided by the manufacturer.

Updated app to include instructions for hydrocortisone sodium phosphate (Solo-Cortef®)
