This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing VigoAssist on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

VigoAssist connects doctors with patients and customers using Vigo SmartHeart service. Vigo SmartHeart is a heart (ECG) monitoring service to screen for arrhythmias using an FDA-approved single-use patch and Artificial Intelligence engine to generate clinically accurate physician friendly reports. It is an easy to use service which can be used as a screening tool as well as a diagnostic tool.

Doctors can easily recommend Vigo SmartHeart for their patients using VigoAssist app. Once the doctor refers his/her patient, the rest will be taken care by our customer support team. Doctor can monitor the progress on the app and the reports can also be viewed once they are generated.

Vigo SmartHeart is an easy to use wireless ECG monitoring service. Once the doctor recommends Vigo SmartHeart service for his patients, an SMS will be sent to the patient to download Vigo SmartHeart app along with the support numbers. Our customer support team is also notified by an alert to assist the customers. The patient has to apply the Vigo SmartHeart patch on the left side of the chest and it will record ECG for the time recommended by the doctor after pairing with a Vigo SmartHeart app through medical band WiFi. The patient can also record any symptoms or activities during the monitoring period in the Vigo app (like an event recorder) and all the events will be correlated with the ECG during review. Once the recording is finished, the data gets transferred to our cloud server through the mobile phone and the data will be analyzed by our advanced Artificial Engine. Our Artificial Engine is an FDA approved and CE-marked decision support tool which is built upon ever-growing database of more than 14.5 lakh ECG recordings. Once the Vigo SmartHeart ECG file is analyzed by the Artificial Intelligence engine, the report will be further manually verified by two different certified-ECG technicians and the report will be further verified by a qualified physician to maintain highest clinical accuracy. The report will have all the relevant strips with actionable insights and further support will be provided until patient is connected to treating doctor for a clinical review.
