Does not work for international flights. The app doesn't inform you that you must have a paper boarding pass in order to get through passport control, those folks don't accept the digital boarding pass on your phone. Unfortunately, the app doesn't provide that critical piece of information. Since the app didn't tell me that, I wouldn't trust it to provide accurate information about other things. Deleting.

I've dabbled in software developing and this app... is not very user friendly. Additionally I'm getting errors for online check in, even on the website. You can't just say theres an error and not tell me where to go or what the issue is, it's not helpful. Please, the LEAST you could do is provide support contacts or notify us what the issue is.

Since updating this app. I've not been able to log in, and as such was forced to change my password, after which my upcoming flight details had disappeared, so I logged out and tried to log back in again, but got a system error message and now I'm just locked out. Guess what? I've eventually managed to log in to the app, but still no sign of my booking. The only way to see my booking is by inputting the PNR, upcoming flight link useless too, as you need to login using your Vietnam mobile. Stupid

Very bad app. It's not user intuitive, also kept either crashing or showing the pop up of "Overlay dectected" preventing me from doing anything in the app.

Have just downloaded this app to access my flight details. When registering, I'm asked to allow the app to draw over other apps. This is not possible in my settings and I'm unable to complete my registration. Not very good.

What's the deal with this mediocre app? They finally fixed the issue that secure payment with my credit card was impossible. Now a "you have to disable screen overlay" message stops me from using the app.
