I only have this because of the cameras connected to the ADT alarm, but I doubt I will renew the contrat as it is more trouble than it's worth. The app is slow, sometimes it won't connect at all, I end up uninstalling it and reinstalling, which sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Sometimes it reconnects after a couple of hours, other times it takes longer. ADT's internal camera works fine on their software but the concept pro software is not reliable.

As a cctv engineer. Cameras are good quality and so is the recording units. remote set up for app very easy. The app is terrible sorry Concept it is slow and laggy thats on local wifi and 4g. I had so many issues on one system I changed a full system for a customer to another make and model. Sort the app as everything else is fine. I like the mobile push notifications thats a nice touch so much easier than emails.

I am now at the end of my tether with having to use 2 apps (Concept pro and ADT app) for one house. ADT ap is so slow and crashes regularly whilst the concept pro has barely ever worked right and has problems connecting. 90% of the time. Cameras inside and out are great quality but I will be looking now change and end my contract its that bad

The App is broken and how am I suppose to fix the issue...its pathetic! People pay alot of money for the cameras and yet they can't view them...

Adt shouldn't be using this app I'm shocked with an amazing company like Adt having to be associated with this app. The cameras are amazing but the unreliable app really let's it down. Comnection issues and freezing all the time.

Great, well thought out & well designed app. Unfortunately its let down by a couple of issues... Often crashes saying 'app isn't responding' or sometimes it just locks on startup screen. Also when using p2p, first camera loads up immediately but all others take a while (upto a minute sometimes). When setup with a static IP connection, they all load up straight away. I know 6 other users of this app who all suffer from the same issues (except for 1 iPhone user who's app doesn't crash the same.
