From mouth watering Mushroom Pâté with Chilli & Coriander, with rich buttery chunks of mushroom enhanced with coriander and the slight kick from the chilli, this pâté has been described by existing clients as the best vegetarian pâté they have ever tasted. Serve in the traditional way with toast or stir through pasta for a quick and easy but very delicious meal. This product won a Gold medal in the 2014 Taste of the West awards. Also available is the Duck Rillette with Cranberries & Grand Marnier and Chicken Rillette with Lemon Oil & Cracked Black Pepper.
