Worked fine for 2 months. Had some difficulty at first (operator error/incomplete instructions), emailed support, very responsive & helpful. Yesterday ViHealth app popped up a window “Trial membership ending”, first I heard of a paid membership. Today it won’t upload from the ring. If you’re adding a membership charge, you must be up front about it! Play store still calls the app “free”. I’ve looked and can’t find the cost of either standard or premium membership.

Cannot leave an updated review or a different review without erasing all of my old one. I used the trial period sleep stats and ever since that trial period was up, the app is buggy. It did not download or record any of my data all night Monday until the last hour. Today, it said it was downloading 4 things but it downloaded zero. Device frozen. I had to uninstall/reinstall the app. It erased all the data from April to November. The trial was only 3 weeks worth. Ridiculous.

Not a very good app. Not user friendly at all. Graph only shows two entries after over 10 already entered. Doesn't sinc with Wellue device untill I shut down this app and restart it. Keeps prompting for me to login so think once the trial period is over it will quit working. I don't want to sign up. I Don't trust my data being anywhere besides on my phone. I should have researched app before purchasing the device.

So far I haven't been able to log into the app nor have I been able to link it with Google Fit. I get the same, "Java security certpath validator exception. Trust anchor for certpath not found", error message, every time. I receive the same message when I attempt to reach customer service as well. If you are capable please help me with this and fix your software as there is real need for your product to work as you have said it would.

Just started using app again. STILL poor display and data history. SO I thought I had more data from last year. I really need to track pulse rates. Log in today no data.from yesterday and only one from two days ago. Good job the little O2 device screen showed the last SIX readings. Will just take a photo of the screen from now on.

It keeps telling me my trial period has ended, which is odd because I had not signed up for any trial. Very disappointing to spend over $400 on these Viatom devices and have the app tell me this. Edit: and now a few days later, it's showing me giant intrusive ads for "Premium" every time I try to do anything in the app. I recommend to stay away from this company.
