Very reliable app 2021 via has a card now but it doesn't always read and you don't get a receipt showing you still have fare. The 14 route busses are the worse for reading this card.. SO thats why I switched to the app very very good even on a windy day

Unable to access app. Error is all I get since March. Haven't been able to access the app to make any purchases. Called customer service and all they said was "it should work". Well it doesn't and it's annoying because I don't carry cash usually. Used to work and I enjoyed it when it did.

App work fine till about a month ago. Now can't login. My buddy tried their account and it wouldn't work either. Support just says it should work, but it doesn't. No answer and no help. I don't recommend this app till they fix this issue.
