Critical tool for an LAFC fan, but login issues are the worst. The app worked for me most of the time last season, but when I tried to login yesterday it said my username/password were invalid, even when logging in with my fingerprint. That error...was invalid. To work around the problem I cleared the app's storage (an uninstall/reinstall will do the same). After that I was able to successfully login. Given that the mobile app is required for ticketing, LAFC has to get this right, but isn't and there are going to be angry people.

Integration with Ticketmaster is buggy - very buggy. I estimate 4 out of every 5 times I try using the LAFC app, something goes wrong in the LAFC-Ticketmaster link. I don't really care for what ticketing service LAFC want to use - as long as it is easy to manage my tickets. Though I must say I have had far fewer problems in 2018 (when Seat Geek has been the platform). On LAFC-SeatGeek, I would have rated at least 3 stars, possibly 4. Now I can only give 1 star to LAFC-Ticketmater.

The app worked great for me when it came to purchasing tickets, and scanning them to enter the Banc. It hasn't crashed, or forced closed once. However I haven't used the app since we lost to the Sounders in the playoffs on 10/29. Tooday 11/22 I checked the battery usage on my phone, and the damn app has been chewing data and battery like crazy in the background without me opening the app once. That is unacceptable and needs to be fixed. Uninstalled, will re-install once the 2020 season begins.

Worst app, seriously. An LAFC account, Ticketmaster account and LAFC app account, all trying to talk to eachother in the most unreliable, disfunctional way possible! Spent an extremely stressful few hours trying to log in, despite the login never changing once and being saved automatically by Google. Then it miraculously works, but no tickets, despite them being there a week before when I bought them. If you like rolling to a game praying to god that your tickets load, then this app is for you!!

It takes a few very basic steps to get the app properly synced with a Ticketmaster account and it could be frustrating because there wasn't a lot of tutorials or instructions. Once the account had been properly setup it's the best and easiest way to get tickets to my favorite team. In terms of the content in the app it's awesome and great coverage of the team.

This app keeps crashing on me and I get an error messages. It was a good app at first, but then is started to give me so many problems. I have had to uninstall and install so many times. And now it won't even open. I have tickets for games on there and I am unable to access them. Please fix this or get a new/better app going.
