Zero revisions later the app is still garbage. Sadly enough it loves to crash when pulling up tickets. It works but the window is very short enough to scan the tickets. After about 60seconds the app crashes. Also accessing the mobile wallet is a different system than your ticketmaster account. Happens on 2 Android phones and 1 iPhone. Please fix this

Half the time the app doesn't load. When it does load the app is stuck on the previous game. There is a game with questions for games that you answer before hand. If you get the questions right it doesn't award you the correct amount of points. The app talks about prizes with the game but doesn't say how often the prizes are given or how to win them.

Trying to pull up my tickets is the biggest pain. It worked for the first couple months of the season now suddenly it kicks me to the ticketmaster webpage which won't display my season tickets. I have tried unlinking and relinking accounts and uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing has worked to fix the problem.

What a worthless experience. Wanted to listen to the Coyote's games via radio. I was directed to download the app. Then I was directed to listen to an Arizona radio station which was actually discussing golf and baseball. If you are going to redirect users, make sure it is to an actual coyotes broadcast...

This app is 100% trash. Crashes when you try to pull up tickets, or during in game entertainment. I would delete this if it wasn't required. Do better.

Awful app. Freezes, runs super slow, crashes at the arena while you're trying to get your tickets scanned. I can't link my Ticketmaster account so I can't use my Season Ticket Member discount at the arena.
