So far I have been very pleased with the efood service. People speak English and the deliveries seem to be much more reliable than deliveries for other goods. I have had a few issues, however they have always been sorted out correctly and the app also seems to have improved to help avoid issues. I also would very much like a way to blacklist certain vendors and also it would be good if there were a comment section when rating the vendors if it is a poor review.

Just one of the best experiences. Awesome customer service. It just rocks. Never had an issue with them. Only with some restaurants. I called them when it happened and they resolved it.

Kinda good but not really, I hate the fact that everytime I buy something with a card, it switches my default way of paying to card even if I don't have any saved cards. I even deleted it, cleared cache etc. When I buy something with a card, the same thing happens all over again. If you need any help after I take my degree, please let me know.

I reported this morning that I orded 2 bottles of 500 ml, from Drop Coffee nit they only delivered 1, the case was closed as resolved, but no one contacted me, I would go to to the store myself, but I ordered so efood should take it under consideration, but they closed it. If this case won't be looked at again, I will stop using efood. PS: I use efood everyday.

HOW can people give this five stars?! No full english option. Some piñata thing making it impossible to order. Incompetent support team that does not answer the questions, instead just tell me to screenshot and wait for the result of the escalation. Great couriers.

Efood is fantastic! The app is easy to navigate and it has worked seamlessly for me every time. On one occasion there was a mix up with the food order from a nearby restaurant, and within a few minutes the online customer service representative contacted the restaurant and fixed the mistake, and the rest of our order was delivered within minutes.
