The app take too long to load direction searches....and cannot be connected at some areas of the Venetian. Sometimes I had to request a direction search 3 or 4 times....in the end I gave up, and picked up a hardcopy map of sands.

Some existing shops don't exist in this app. Search is therefore useless, and so are directions.

I'm editing a review I just posted after realizing I was wrong about my main criticism. The app actually does have both a map and a directory of the various Sands resorts in Macau. It is actually very useful, and the only comprehensive source of this information I could find, since the Venetian Macao's web site only has a directory, no map. However, I still have a problem where the app doesn't seem well-optimized for tablets. I don't have a phone to try it on for comparison though, but at least on my Nexus 7, I have to zoom really far in to see icons, but to navigate the map effectively, I have to zoom really far out again. Therefore, it's nearly impossible to do things like look for your favorite restaurant near the arena; you're pretty much limited to just finding something you like in the directory, and letting the app give you directions. If they can fix the zooming issue, or at least just add an option to display all icons, I would gladly give this app a perfect score.
