a badly programmed app. everytime I tried to upload receipts or my passport, it froze. And the way they allow you to select dates for your birthday, passport expiration dates is archaic, you need to press the arrow 30 times to get the right month....

This app is so painfully slow to use. Sometimes the buttons work fine, other times it takes forever to load, especially after submitting a photo. Please optimize better.

It's not useful When I has arrived at schiphol airport, submitting our receipts to to global view counter , didn't accepted by agent, said that VAT application and their calculations are wrong and aren't reliable. They calculated again all refunds, much lesser than this application stated.
