Easy set up, nice clear picture. I've had this camera for almost a year now. It disconnected a few times but came back online with no issue. I had unplugged it to move to a different place and I could not add it back, I tried for days. It frustrated me so I just left it alone for a month or so, tried to re-add, it added fine, come online fine and has been working like a charm for the last 3 months now. This is a great camera for the price. If you want pro results buy a pro camera for much more.

So far I've been very happy with this camera and service, I have the outdoor wireless camera model HM311. Bought camera after having our car vandalized. But also needed it to help me know when someone's at my door/driveway. I have no hearing in one ear, and since my dog passed &needed another way to be alerted of sounds I can't hear. I'm very happy with HEMILink App, though I can't afford the cloud, the live video on the mobile app&my PC &can share live video w/ a friend/fam/neighbor,is helpful.

1st timer on these cameras and was amazing surprised in overall performance and quality of video and pictures I thought was great . Setup was easy. Didn't have to break the bank either.. It's a win win as far as my experience so far.. So 6.1 update.. Still working well but still disappointed in having to pay for services beyond memory card and live view.. That sucks . But it's a learning curve for me just starting with this 1 as my first...

I don't understand why they changed it it was better the old way put it back to the old setup it was easier to use I cannot adjust my camera now it wants to do what it want. Once it gets fixed I will put five stars. Put it back to the old setup.

I haven't any problem at all with the app or the camera. The zoom is a little different but it's adjustable. Really stable and I haven't had to climb a ladder to reset it once in the 3 1/2 months I've had it, although the screen freezes sometimes while viewing it thru my Annke DVR.

I bought 3 cameras and the projection and sound is perfect. Also I find it very easy to view the videos. A plus is that you can download the videos to your phone and rename the file before you save them.
