SECURITY COMES FIRST

Client funds are held in secure custody, between hot wallets for easy withdrawal and hardware wallets which are geographically-dispersed, access-controlled, and video-monitored at all times. Multi-stage verification is enabled by default for all critical transactions, and your authorisation is required for all attempts to access your VALR account from any new device or location. All sensitive data, including user data, is encrypted, both in transit and at rest.
