Doesn't do much of what it claims. Claims it will track vertical distance, time on the mountain, highest elevation, map of your day. Does none of that. All permissions granted, GPS on, tracking started. No data for me or anyone in my party despite trying on several days. Tech support was utterly useless and didn't appear to understand what the app was supposed to do. FAQs were also useless. It does work well as a mobile pass but a physical pass works just as well.

trail map gets cut off so you can't actually see the full map. tracking doesn't recognize I'm at the resort when I'm at the base so I have to start tracking mid mountain. stats are now buried. restaurant information like open hours is incorrect. no way to filter the map to open trails only. no way to share locations. in a lot of ways the app is just worse than the old Epic Mix one

Bottom line: new version does not allow you to see what trails are open when viewing the map. In other words, the app is now basically useless. This was the main reason for using the app before - look at the trail map while on the mountain, see what trails are open, and choose a line to take down the mountain, now you have to memorize the map and then look at the drop down list of open trails by trail name. AWFUL. absolutely trash, this app used to be a godsend, now it's useless

Not optimal. The photo uploading process displays two viewing boxes, a larger shaded box and a smaller unadulterated box, which could be misconstrued as the unadulterated box being for the '50% size of the face'. Worse yet, it doesn't allow the user to confirm the appearance of the photo after seeing these two boxes, leaving the user stuck with that photo on their pass. Recommend removing the shaded box on the image adjuster and/or allow the user to verify the final appearance of the photo.

Trail Map functionality is WORSE than the old app... please fix: 1) you cannot toggle on or off to see which trails are open... only lifts work this way now. 2) grooming map at Keystone shows a ton of groomed slopes when we know only 2 trails are open today. 3) always zooms in way too far so the search bar covers the top of the map and the bottom of the lifts (where the lift line times are) are covered up.

The trail map page needs some serious work. Currently my app is going to 100% zoom in the top left corner of the map when opening. Also, to see trail names, you have to zoom in way too far to be useful. Also, not having trail status on the map like before is disappointing. The my stats page is also missing the tracking maps, and the season and lifetime stats are not being calculated correctly. Also, the horizontal scroll menus are quite buggy.
