Awful. Customer support is terrible. They told me it was my browser and cleared my cache and suggested I pay for the class again. Also refused to help me directly and would only work with the business owner desotr me being the client with the issue. Additionally, the issue was never resolved and the owner was told it was my fault.

Helpful in finding your to go place. The reviews helped me pick as I just moved into a new location, it lists all the services and the service providers where people can rate them individually. The payment and scheduling is very easy to do, will always use this to book my beauty needs. Also the big thing about this booking app is that that the buisnesses actually uses the app too so when you come to an appointment it won't be a surprise for them unlike the other apps I tried.

I have had a number services performed by Susan (manicures/pedicures) and have always been satisfied with results.. She is very personable and fun to talk. She does a great job and cares about you as her client. Unlike alot of the bigger nail salons in Woodbury. Make an appointment for one of the services she provides, you won't be disappointed !

Would make it a 5 star but I cannot write a review. It tells me I can write a review for a business I have never been too when I'm clearly clicking on review from an appointment. That makes no sense at all.
