What is Acidity?

Acidity issues arise when there is excess production of acid due to triggers such as acidic foods, alcohol, dehydration and stress.

“Acidity can be caused due to a long gap between meals, empty stomach or excessive intake of tea, coffee, smoking or alcohol”.
