What is the point of having a tracker when it just shows where the coach *should* be, not where it is? Currently waiting for a coach that should have arrived in Exeter half an hour ago, despite "updates" every couple of minutes it still shows as 'on time' and map suggests it's on the way to Plymouth. Pointless and insulting.

Rubbish! Resources are probably a bit stretched, but the response to giving adequate information is so frustrating. Tried to go onto route map & it took ages to connect. Going to go physically the premises in the City Centre & see how that works out !

Worst ever app to plan one's journey or to find coach tickets. Crushes a lot. Unable to provide travel options on a date specified, though coaches were available. I had to find the suitable National Express coaches via Trainline 😭😭 and to merge them manually 😭

What happened to the really cheap tickets. They could not complete with lower Train fares. In Europe I use Blah Blah. Sorry NE. You blew it.

One of the worst apps for booking a journey. Unintuitive and slow. If you wonder why the coaches are so cheap, the quality of this app might give you an answer
