Our bodies respond rhythmically to the regular cycles of the earth, moon, and seasons. The circadian rhythm ("body clock") 24-hour day/night-activity/rest cycle is considered a key chronobiologic factor.

This expert system is based on various studies and research publications. It gives an instant picture of our bio state. It takes also into account the effect of weather conditions, moon phase and season on these bio parameters.

The interpretation of functions with some advices is presented by amusing animation effects which speed and color reflect the function value. There is also a screen simulating the time flow with increasing/ decreasing bio parameters which depends on season changes.

Bio Expert tracks the following bio parameters:

HOW IT WORKS

When the application starts, it locates geographical coordinates in the background and connects to weather server.
The data are used to calculate the current state bio functions.
Initially the user should set his birthday and time to sleep to create activity/rest cycle pattern.
When using the time simulator or selecting specific day and hour, the app re-calculates and displays the states in various ways.
