Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing USRider Roadside on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Please add a way to remember the membership number. In an emergency the last thing I want to do is search for my membership card so that I can enter it in the login screen. As someone already said, if I have the card and my phone I can just as easily call for help. Add the ability to remember the number and I would rate the app a "5"

If I have to dig my card out of my wallet and have my phone in my hand anyway, what's the point? I'll just call. Not a time saver. Too bad. Nice, clean ui. Make it worth the space, okay?

App now allows login. Haven't tested getting roadside assistance (of course) but everything seems OK. Don't know about the email issue. I appreciate that they contacted me directly to resolve my issues.

Wow! Talk about responsive customer service,... Whoo Hoo! I had posted a critical review a few days ago , and today I received a personal call asking me to "try again" as they had made some changes... I uninstalled the previous version and reinstalled the new, and it now works fine. (This post is about the phone APP, and I'll bump up my STARS accordingly. At the same time, I'll recommend that all of my horsey friends consider joining US Rider itself! Great service at that end, as well!

USRider Roadside provides USRider Equestrian Motor Plan members the ability to request emergency roadside assistance electronically 24/7. Membership and vehicle information will be stored by the app in order to quickly locate your account and initiate a service call. The GPS enabled technology will allow us to pinpoint your location and accurately dispatch service.



USRider Equestrian Motor Plan benefits include:
