Ridiculously slow for a search, terrible limited photos of each hotel, u have to open google anyay to actually see what they look like ,real waste of time. The map function is terrible and u have to start again! Many bugs bad design. Real pain. If search for places then click to view pics of it, then press back or close to see search results, then it takes u home and start all over again!! Frustrating. Cant book for same day like other apps, even at 11pm u r cut off for the day after tomorow. 🤬

So far, so good. An absolutely mind boggling number of suppliers. I've purchased two things through the app so far, both of which I was going to purchase anyway, and decided to check the app last minute. Points tracked and credited with no issues.

I like the app its easy way to shop and earn rewards points and also easy to book flight using your avios But my only issue is with app it keeps on getting crashed while u in middle of booking hotel or flights and you have to start all over again and the worse thing is it takes so long to get back on page I hope BA would look in to this and solve the issue

I'm getting bored having to keep requesting missing points. Occasionally in the past I would have the odd transaction not come through. In the last couple of months it's pretty much all of them. No obvious reason why as I'm continuing to use the app in the same way as before.

I like the automatic tracking facility of all the possible avios bonus companies but Redbubble is famous for being a counterfeiter and profits from thousands of fake bands merch sales and even disney/warner copyrights, so I'd like to see BA take them off the list and have a better vetting system as their Wikipedia shows their psst issues with hitler/serial killer merch. I like that Amazon isn't on there, that's good as so many people boycott them and an ethical approach is wise.
