This app has more shortcomings than benefits. I keep getting error messages with each new page that I open. I can't view my miles statement to make sure its accurate without an error popping up. The only thing I can see is my member number and that I have some miles on my account. This app needs to be fixed in order for it to be a productive tool for recurring customers.

the app is of no use to keep track of your flight/itinerary/seats. no gate no timing. only the booking code and if you have 2 bookings of the same period it will only show the latest code input. cancelled flight still shown as on schedule. itinery change also appear without any changes. only useful to keep track of card number. cant book. keep having network connection issue or error occured notice. no updated of flights. practically useless. might as well use the site.

The existing upcoming in My Trip menu can be disappeared and wheb we tried to add new trip, the mesaage is : "Data Already Exist". This happened to booking mase few months ago. No solution whatsoever.

The app does not work. Even with the latest version I still can't access anything on this app. I've called Garuda customer service several times, having to explain the same problem over and over again, but none of the solutions worked. Last time, the customer service asked me to send an email describing the problems, but the inbox was full so I had to call again. My email was then replied, but I was told to reset my password AGAIN as if I hadn't explained that it was done many times before.

The latest system update looks very chaotic. Its looks didn't understand UI / UX concept. Even more chaotic during the search process, the system moves to the old display, and instead pops up an error message. One more thing, "Garuda Indonesia" naming was changed to "GIA mobile", and resulted not found when we need to launch this apps on our mobile. Please also considering that not many people understood the term of GIA, especially foreigner. How embarrassing for a world-class airline.

It's always troublesome to get myself logged into the apps since few versions back, taking minutes to key in my credentials like password and garudamiles and ended up with error results. I think it has been an old issue Garuda needs to put extra work on. Wish a prompt resolution if Garuda wants to retain its customers, considering cust experience always tops the priority to remain competitive in the industry.
